This project is the operating infrastructure behind Not Out Labs itself. The objective was not simply to publish a corporate website. It was to create a clear path from service discovery to enquiry, while keeping the business identity, domain, email, live chat, compliance pages and campaign destinations aligned.
Situation + objective
A services business can have a polished homepage and still be difficult to market. Different services attract different search intent, a generic contact route makes campaign measurement harder, and domain or email mistakes can damage trust. The structure therefore had to support both credibility and lead generation.
What we did
- A corporate website organised around Technology, Growth + Commerce and Systems.
- Dedicated campaign landing pages for business technology support, e-commerce operations, digital growth and sales development.
- Website enquiry forms with a consistent privacy acknowledgement and thank-you conversion path.
- Business-domain email, domain/DNS administration and email-authentication setup.
- Tawk live chat for a second enquiry channel alongside email, forms and the North America business line.
- Privacy, terms, cookie and disclaimer pages designed around the actual service model.
What this demonstrates
The project shows the way we connect technical implementation with marketing operations. A landing page is more useful when its form routing works, its domain is trusted, the lead can be measured and a real person or team owns the next action.
What we deliberately did not claim
This is an internal operating project, so it is not presented as a third-party client case study. We also do not publish invented lead counts, conversion rates or revenue outcomes. Those should only be used when enough real campaign data exists to support them.
