Human + AI services
References to Human + AI describe an operating approach in which AI-assisted tools may support research, analysis, drafting, coding, summarisation, workflow execution or technical tasks while people remain responsible for appropriate judgement, review and business interaction. AI-assisted output can be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and should be reviewed for the context in which it is used. We do not represent that every service is fully automated or that AI eliminates the need for client decisions or specialist review.
Sales development, outreach and marketing
Prospecting, calling, email outreach, appointment setting, CRM, marketing and e-commerce support can improve execution but cannot create demand or guarantee a commercial result. Campaigns may also be subject to communications, privacy, advertising, marketplace and platform rules that vary by jurisdiction and channel. A client must not treat our operational assistance as a legal determination that a particular list, claim, message or calling method is lawful. Outcomes can depend on client inputs, product-market fit, pricing, competition, budgets, timing, data quality, target selection, third-party platforms, deliverability, technical conditions and implementation decisions.
Technology and cybersecurity
Technology implementation, troubleshooting, hosting, integration and automation work can involve dependencies outside our control. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, our services do not constitute a formal penetration test, security audit, certification, legal compliance audit, regulated managed-security service or guarantee against cyber incidents. Clients remain responsible for appropriate backups, access control, account ownership and specialist security measures for their risk profile.
